Becoming a member of the Theatre Dance Association is the start of a most sincere and exciting journey with us, into a new experience of dance and its future! The Theatre Dance Association is committed and dedicated to its members as well as to providing a competent, professional association with the focus being on empowering its teachers to grow, not only their teaching skills, but their businesses as well.
The TDA is an association of inspiring, go ahead teachers who want a new and different challenge, irrespective of what dance discipline they teach or to what other Associations they may belong. TDA teachers have a common goal - to share, encourage and challenge their own abilities in an already challenged industry. Theatre Dance Association is more than a Teachers Association! It is also a Syllabus Organisation. Besides offering an exciting and stimulating syllabus in Modern, Tap, Hip Hop and more recently Ballet & Spanish, making friends in the business and growing ones self and ones studio is inclusive of what the Theatre Dance Association strives to achieve.

International casting teams are constantly in SA, recruiting potential child stars whose auditions encompass acting, singing and dancing. The opportunities available today for children / teens in the entertainment industry have never been so exciting and dancing is at the forefront of it all.
